Adding LinkedIn Learning courses to WorkRamp is a great way to incorporate outside resources to engage Learners. While you are not able to embed the LinkedIn Learning webpage, you can export the Learning as an AICC file and upload it to WorkRamp.

AICC files can be uploaded to WorkRamp using the SCORM training type.

Pre-requisites:

  1. You will need a Team account on Linkedin Learning

  2. You will need a Custom Subdomain name set in WorkRamp (see below)

Configuration

Before exporting the LinkedIn Learning course as an AICC file, there are a few administrative steps that need to be taken in Linkedin Learning to allow for this.

1. As an admin in Linkedin Learning, go to the profile dropdown on the top right and choose “Integrate.”

2. In the integration section, you will need to add two hostnames:

  • [your_custom_subdomain].app.workramp.com

  • cloud.scorm.com

In order to find your custom subdomain, go to WorkRamp Settings > Enterprise Settings, and you can find it by copying it from your custom URL (excluding the https://).

Without these hostnames, the SCORM upload option will not be able to pull the AICC files into WorkRamp. Be sure to also toggle the “enabled” option on.

Importing

Once this step is completed, administrators in Linkedin Learning can either:

  1. Download a package with all AICC files included

  2. Download individual AICC files

To upload these files into WorkRamp, Admins should use the SCORM training type option and upload in individual zip files. Instructions can be found here.
