Platform
Flipcards: You can now remove the background graphic on flipcards and toggle whether or not they are mandatory to complete.
Videos: You can now upload thumbnail images for your videos.
Internal LMS
Automated Assignments: Add time delay steps before additional assignments are auto-assigned and now include Paths in your automated workflows.
BambooHR integration update: Sync more employee types (now: part-time and commission-only) and employees with email domains other than yours.
Feature sunset: We will be starting to sunset our legacy Classic Reporting on July 20th. If you are actively using this feature, please let your COM know.
External LMS
API Endpoints: Custom registration fields and Segments have been added to multiple API endpoints in order to enhance user data and reporting functionality.
Academies permissions: Designate Academy-only Admins to simplify the Admin experience and give access to Academies only content and folders in WorkRamp.
Analytics updates: We can now surface more data including custom registration fields and any user Segments on Analytics overview pages and for CSV export.
Segment integration: Centralize and correlate all your relevant customer education data from WorkRamp to your company data on Segment for a more granular analysis of your learning programs.
