๐ŸŒธ April Product Updates

We are happy to share the following features that are core to our administrator content management experience in our April product updates.

Folder level permissions allow administrators to give access to training folders within WorkRamp. Once invited, people can create, edit, or assign content based on the access granted.

These new features will help administrators manage publishing of Guide content and track the history of updates made to Guides over time.

  • Draft & Publish, which enables content editors to make edits in a draft without impact to Learners until the draft is published. Previously the Guide editor automatically published updates made to existing Guides.

  • Version History, which gives you access to a log of who has edited/published each version of a Guide.

โ„น๏ธ Rolling Release - Please note that draft & publish and version history will be gradually rolling out to accounts throughout April and May.

We also introduced a host of updates for both our Employee and Customer Learning Cloud solutions.

Integrations Settings

With our updated integrations page (Admin Console > Settings > Integrations), you can now manage all your integration settings in one place. Our Zapier integration also features an embedded Zapier experience so you do not need to leave WorkRamp to set up a zap.

Learner Home

Content on the Learner home page has been updated to feature Assignments above Events so your Learners do not miss assignments.

Content creators now have the ability to choose the range of Challenge Scale from 1-10. Previously this was limited to a static 1-5.

Message Formatting

Administrators can send an optional Message when they Assign content. Now formatting will carry forward into email and Slack notifications. The formatting update will honor spacing particular in email, and includes the full message in quote-text in Slack for better visibility of the message itself. This applies to all content types.

โ˜๏ธ Customer Learning Cloud

Academy administrators looking to handle scenarios like annual certifications, verifying up-to-date product knowledge, or charging for certifications can now set certifications to expire and allow learners to re-certify.
