S3 User Data Integration Enhancements, including 🆕 HiBob support
Enhancements are now available for S3 user data integrations, including Workday and (new) HiBob. These enhancements include:
Ability for admins to manually trigger a sync instead of waiting for the 10am UTC daily sync
Ability for admins to see error logs, including the ability to download the logs via CSV
Bug fixes
Last month, we released a redesigned 'My Team' page for managers. We recently introduced a "Status" filter to make finding specific trainings by status easier.
During October, we turned off the legacy version of the 'My Team' page that was in Admin Console.
☁️ Customer Learning Cloud
Customer LMS admins can create reports for Trainings data using the new report builder. The report builder includes more data points than the Visualizations page, and the report can be configured to customize the columns displayed and filters used to refine the data set. Customer LMS admins have a new option to better support evergreen events. This applies for the use case when Customer LMS Contacts are redirected to register for webinars and events on a third party site, such as Zoom Webinar. When setting up an event, the admin can hide the date and time for a Live Session. This will allow a Live Session to continue in perpetuity with no "past" state, which allows Contacts to continue to access the "Registration" button.
