The new carousel on the Learner Home provides Admins with the ability to add branding and target announcements for learners. Admins can set-up multiple carousel placements in the Admin Console via Settings > Enterprise > Theming. You can use the editor to upload an image (or generate one via AI Assist), add a headline and text, and the link destination. Content can be targeted by group. We're excited to see how our customers use this latest update to engage their learners.
With our latest feature updates, Admins have more control over the appearance and content of WorkRamp email notifications. Admins can now customize the following: primary color, logo, sender address, and message content. This compliments our release from earlier this year to customize the cadence of reminders by training. With these features, admins can tailor email notifications to reflect their organization's brand and tone, and remove WorkRamp mentions from emails.
Admins can now generate and manage API keys self-serve in our admin console. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > API to generate, remove, and rotate admin keys for your enterprise. Admins can also set an owner and description for each key for easier management.
The new "Guide Submissions" report type in the Report Builder allows admins to pull data across all Guides and all questions in a single report. This reduces the number of reports an admin has to generate if they want to know how a particular submission is performing across multiple guides. Backend changes were also made to make this report type more performant for faster analysis.
The Overview and Guide Editor pages now display when there are Unpublished changes. This is to help content creators know at-a-glance if the latest version of a Guide has not yet been published.
