Academy Catalog page is a pre-built page which displays all available content to the Learner (respecting segmentation rules), and allows the Learner to filter the content by any associated Content Metadata Attributes and Values.

Once published, the Catalog page can also be directly linked from a Header Link.

Publishing and Managing Your Academy Catalog Page

The first step in making the Catalog page available to your learners is to publish the page.

  1. Navigate to your Academy > Pages > Catalog

  2. Toggle the 'Publish Catalog to Academy' button to ON

  3. (Optional) You can also rename your Catalog page if desired

From the Catalog settings page, you can also determine the visibility of Content Metadata filters, which learners can use to find relevant, available content. Any Filter Attribute that is Enabled under the Visibility column will display to Learners.

Adding the Catalog Header Link to your Academy

Once your Catalog page is published, you will want to make it easily accessible to Learners through enabling the Catalog Header Link.

  1. Navigate to your Academy > Theming > Theme Editor

  2. Under the 'Header' section, scroll down to 'Header Links' and click "+ Add menu item"

  3. Give the link a name

  4. Click into the 'Paste a link or search' box and select "Catalog"

  5. (Optional) If you'd like the Catalog page to open in a new tab when a Learner clicks, check the box next to 'Open as a new tab'

  6. Click Save

You should now see the new link added to your Academy Header.
