New Events Enrollment Option: Open Enrollment for Internal Users

This new option allows you to only allow internal users to self-enroll in Events. This option is useful if you have partners or external users who you may not want to attend Events that are for internal users only.

Zoom Integration

You can now connect multiple Zoom accounts to your WorkRamp instance. This is ideal for scenarios where you need to host multiple Zoom meetings simultaneously using our Events feature.

Update User Managers via API

You can now update a user's manager via API.

Previously, only 4 fields can be updated via API: name, email, whether the user is an admin, and whether the user is deleted.

Academy Certifications Analytics

Under the Analytics tab for your Academy, we now have Certifications analytics. This will help you understand how many customers are earning certifications through your courses and at what volume.
