We’ve released 3 major updates, 11 minor enhancements, and 4 platform upgrades. Flip card enhancements are my personal favorite because you now have a lot more options for making your content stand out. (GIFs anyone??)
🌊 New Summer Release Features
Platform Enhancements
Callouts: Format content with more accessible colors and additional text options.
Flip cards: Use additional text formatting, image, background graphic, and requirement options to configure flip cards now.
Videos: Upload thumbnail images for videos.
SCORM security enhancements: User authentication is now required to ensure that the correct user is accessing their specific SCORM assignment.
Internal LMS
Automated assignments: Automate assignments of Guides, Paths, Challenges, and SCORM based on multiple triggers and set time delays. Also configure “Automation Management” permissions.
Compliance enhancement: Set how often an assignment should be repeated, such as security training once every 6 months.
Report builder enhancements: Report on custom attributes, Events, and Resources. Also, deactivated user data is now available and included by default.
Feature sunset: The final stage of sunsetting legacy feature Classic Reporting will complete on August 17th.

External LMS (Academies)
Academies permissions: You can now designate Academy admins for each Academy.
Feature content section: Choose 3 pieces of content to feature on each Academy landing page.
Report enhancements: Surface custom registration fields and user segments in the Analytics tab.
Segment integration: Integrate with Segment to capture trackable events in WorkRamp to send to downstream systems.
