☁️ Employee Learning Cloud
Sales teams can now share standalone assets with external prospects and clients using our new CMS external sharing feature. Sales teams can create a shareable link that external users can open by choosing the "Share Externally" option on CMS assets in libraries. Admins can track activity including shares and views, and admins can also control which CMS assets are available for external sharing.
As a follow up to our launch of Skills last month, learners can now search for and filter by Skills to discover skill-related content.
☁️ Customer Learning Cloud
Academy admins now have more flexibility to curate content with our new feature, Pages. Pages enable admins to present various content types on one page, including events, certifications, and collections. This is a great feature for Academies that are looking to curate content for a persona or a specific program or product. These pages are also reflected in the Academy sub-navigation.
The Academy Report Builder includes a new "Events" report type. This enables admins to pull event data on Academy events in the report builder.
Event support in Paths and Certifications
Academy admins can include events as part of a Path or a Certification. This is helpful for Academy admins who would like to build blended learning paths that combine asynchronous training with live events and webinars.
Other enhancements and updates
Employee Learning Cloud Salesforce integration update: Our updated Salesforce integration for the Employee Learning Cloud has improved security and support for out-of-the-box dashboards. This does require a migration from the older version. Please connect with your Customer Outcomes Manager if you have questions about updating to the latest version.
Zapier Enhancements: We have upgraded our version of Zapier. We have also added support for dynamically showing the relevant learning cloud fields when building Zaps. For example, if you select Academy Contacts when building a Zap, it will then display Academy ID to make creation and editing easier.
WorkRamp Content and the Development tab - Expanded Availability: The Development tab is available for all WorkRamp Content customers with both our Premium Pro and Essentials packages.
