Guide Creator via File Import Enhancements
Admins now have configuration options when using the the file import to Guide creation functionality via AI Assist. Configurations are available for Guide detail (i.e. how much original content to include vs. summarize the content) as well as interactivity (i.e. include many knowledge checks/interactive elements, or include as few as possible). Our help center article has more details on the updates.

Glean AI Integration
Integrating your Employee LMS with Glean AI streamlines the way Learners can access and manage learning resources. By connecting Glean to the ELMS, you can provide seamless access to content in Libraries to make it easier for your Learners to find valuable courses from WorkRamp. Read more on our help article.

AI Guide Translations
AI has made its way to the learner experience in WorkRamp! This introduces a new setting that Admins can enable for each Guide, where learners will be able to use AI Assist to translate the content of a Guide into their own language (currently 49 languages available to choose from).

Custom Favicons
You now have the option to upload a custom favicon that will appear in the browser instead of the WorkRamp logo. This can be configured under Settings > Enterprise > Theming in the Branding section:
