Notification Updates - Keep Your Learners on Track
We’re introducing new Admin notification controls to ensure your learners never miss a beat when it comes to their training. This feature allows you to mandate email notifications and reminders for assigned or in-progress courses, ensuring essential updates reach every learner without the risk of accidental opt-outs.
Print Guides in Translated Language - Seamless Localized Learning
We’ve enhanced our Guide experience to ensure that language preferences remain consistent from screen to paper. Now, when a learner translates a Guide, those settings will persist in both Print and Reader modes, allowing for a seamless, localized experience.
Automated Library Update Notifications
Keep your learners informed and engaged with our new Library Content Notifications. Admins can now enable automated daily emails that alert learners whenever new training materials are added to their private Libraries, ensuring they never miss an important update.
How it works:
Targeted Updates: Notifications are exclusive to private Libraries, ensuring the right content reaches the right audience without overwhelming your entire organization.
Daily Digests: To keep inboxes clean, the system checks for updates once a day and sends a single summary email rather than an alert for every individual upload.
Simple Setup: Just head to your Library Settings in the Admin console and toggle on New Content Notifications to start driving learners back to your latest resources.

Grade at Scale: View and grade multiple submissions across different contacts and guides in one continuous workflow.
Leverage AI Assistance: Use AI-suggested grades for text and video submissions to speed up your reviews, with full manual override control.
Gain Instant Visibility: Track top-line stats like "Reviews Needed" and use powerful filters to prioritize your grading queue.
Access Answer Keys: View "Reviewer Notes" alongside learner submissions—regardless of media type—to ensure consistent and accurate feedback.
Catalog Updates - Enhanced Catalog Customization & Control
We’re giving you more power to design and organize your Academy Catalog with new administrative tools. These updates allow you to treat your Catalog as a fully integrated page, giving you complete control over how learners discover and navigate your training content.
What’s new?
Custom Page Management: The Catalog is now part of your "Pages" list, allowing you to reorder it in the navigation bar, customize the URL slug, and add descriptive headers.
Flexible Layouts: The learner can control their experience by setting the number of items displayed per page.
Precision Filtering: Use new drag-and-drop tools to reorder metadata tags within your filter categories, ensuring your most important categories appear exactly where you want them.
Advanced Segment Logic
We’re introducing nested AND/OR rules to give you ultimate flexibility when managing your audience segments. This update allows you to build more sophisticated contact filters within a single segment, reducing the need for multiple workarounds and saving you valuable administrative time.
Ability to Modify Due Dates - Flexible Enrollment Management
We’re making it easier to manage deadlines with editable due dates for active enrollments. Instead of the manual "unassign and re-assign" workaround, you can now update completion timelines directly from the Enrollments page for Guides, SCORM, Paths, and Certifications.
