Bulk Content Find and Replace - Streamline Large-Scale Updates Across Your Entire Library
Updating your training content no longer requires a "search and rescue" mission through dozens of individual Guides. With the new Bulk Find and Replace tool, Admins can now manage WorkRamp-native content updates from a single, centralized dashboard. This is a game-changer for organizations navigating product rebrands, service changes, or internal terminology shifts.

Pro Tip: Use the History Tab to keep an audit trail of every bulk change made, and remember that you can filter by "Content Type" or "Folder" to narrow your search.
How it works:
Comprehensive Search: Locate specific text across Guide titles, descriptions, section headers, callouts, flip cards, checklists, and even Knowledge Checks.
Precision Filtering: Narrow your results by content type (e.g., only update "Flip Cards"), specific folders, training state (Draft vs. Published), or even by the user who last updated the content.
Preview Before You Commit: The tool provides a side-by-side preview of the "Current Match" versus the "Proposed Replacement" so you can verify changes before they go live.
Full Audit Trail: Because these actions cannot be undone, the History Tab provides a complete record of every bulk change made, ensuring your admin team remains aligned.

Automate Your Training: Repeat Assignments
Say goodbye to the manual headache of tracking annual compliance deadlines. Our Automated Repeat Assignments feature allows you to put recurring training on autopilot.
Available for Guides, Paths, and SCORM modules, this tool ensures that learners are automatically reassigned training exactly when they need it. It is the perfect solution for yearly security awareness, bi-annual safety certifications, or recurring harassment prevention training.
Customizable Logic: Choose exactly how you want to trigger the next assignment:
Assignment Date: Reassign based on the original date of enrollment.
Completed Date: Reassign based on when the learner last finished the course.
Specific Date: Reassign everyone on the same day every year (e.g., January 1st).
Total Control: Admins can easily "Toggle Repeating Exemption Status" for individual users who may no longer need to be on a specific recurring cycle.

Notification Updates - Enhanced Notifications & Customization
We’re closing the communication gap with a suite of new automated email notifications designed to keep both Admins and Learners engaged. These updates streamline the grading process and ensure Learners stay motivated with personalized reminders and real-time status updates.

Admin Notifications and Customization
Grading and Submission Alerts
To increase engagement velocity, Academy Hub Admins can now receive email notifications whenever a Learner submits a Guide that requires manual review or grading.
Prompt Action: These alerts allow Admins to review submissions quickly, keeping learners motivated and moving through their training paths.
Configuration: Manage these alerts within the Admin Email Settings under the Settings > Email tab of your Admin Console.
Content Enrollment Template Editing
You can now customize the Content Enrollment email template to match your organization's specific branding and voice.
Branding: Incorporate standard company logos, colors, and tailored messaging.
Consistency: This update aligns the enrollment experience with other Academy learner notifications, ensuring a cohesive look and feel from the moment a contact is enrolled.
Learner Engagement Enhancements
New automated notifications help Learners stay on track with self-paced content and provide transparency into their grading status.
Self-Enrollment Completion Reminders
To encourage learners to return to the Academy and complete their training, the system now sends automated completion reminders for self-enrolled content.
Supported Content: Reminders apply to Guides, SCORM, Paths, and Certifications.
Retention: These nudges are designed to increase knowledge retention by driving learners back to the platform to finish what they started.
Grading and Feedback Notifications
Learners no longer have to manually check their status to see if they passed a course. Automated emails are now triggered when a Guide status changes from "In Review" or "Submitted" to:
Graded/Reviewed
Completed/Passed
Failed (requires action/re-submission)
If an Admin adds specific feedback during the grading process, the learner will be notified so they can review the comments and act accordingly.
Require Passing Score for Academy Paths
To ensure learners have truly mastered the material before receiving a badge, Admins can now enable a Require a Passing Score setting at the Path level. This feature mirrors the existing functionality in the Employee Learning Cloud, providing a consistent experience for managing high-stakes training.
When this setting is enabled, a learner will not be awarded a badge simply for reaching the end of the Path; they must successfully pass all included modules and meet the overall passing criteria.
How to Enable a Path-Level Passing Score
You can configure this requirement within the specific settings of any Academy Path.
Navigate to the Admin Console and select the Content Manager on the left-hand side.
Open the Path you wish to edit.
Click on the Settings tab in the top toolbar.
Locate the Require a passing score toggle:
Unchecked (Default): The badge is automatically awarded as soon as the learner completes all items in the Path.
Checked: a text box will appear to enter in the passing score percentage.. Learners must pass all modules and meet the designated passing score to be awarded the badge.
Save your changes.
