🍄 May 2024 Product Roundup
☁️ Employee Learning Cloud
Learner Quick Search UX Enhancements
An updated design for the dropdown menu that appears when Learners search for content. The new design streamlines results and fixes past bugs.
This new Challenge setting limits grading to a single, first reviewer. If multiple reviewers are setup, once the first review is input, the Challenge will be complete.
Path Status UX Enhancements
Updates to the Path experience for Learners to make scores and reasons for failing more clear and makes troubleshooting easier for Admins. This includes:
Admin Overview Page: Path details drawer is accessible when diving into an assignment and completion date is an added column
Learner Path View: Displays the learner's completion status and grade in the overview
All Admins will have access to the CMS, if you would like certain users to only have CMS access, create a permission profile for them that includes "CMS Management".
☁️ Customer Learning Cloud
Customers using the Stripe Connect integration to power eCommerce in their Customer LMS can now use Stripe's sales tax calculation. We updated the integration to allow Enterprises to use Stripe Tax, so that they can collect sales tax from transactions during checkout. With this update, we will now be pushing Contacts directly to the Stripe Checkout page to input their payment information, instead of checking out via WorkRamp’s checkout page.
Customer LMS Report Builder: Filter stacking logic
Stacking filters with a “does not contain” conditional will now use “and” instead of “or” between each filter, so that the selected data is excluded from the report.
Communities Updates
We introduced a variety of enhancements to our new Communities offering:
Access Settings - Allows admins to restrict Community access to specific audiences using Segments
Topic Segmentation Control - At the Topic level, you can restrict access using Contact Segments to customize Community access.
Contact Labels - Contact Labels allow you to associate a user’s role within the Community to help your users identify trusted sources as they engage with your Community. You can use Contact Labels to highlight team members, admins, super users, or any other notable contributors in your organization so when other users view their content in the Community, they know their association to your company. Flagging Posts & Comments - If a user in the Community finds content they think violates the standards of the Community, they can flag posts or comments to alert Community Admins to review and potentially remove that content from the Community.
Customize the Favicon - Communities can now add a Favicon in the Community Settings so their browser tab matches their theming
