HRIS Connector
WorkRamp's integration capabilities have expanded to directly connect WorkRamp with over 80 HRIS and HCMs. This can be managed by Admins from the Integration settings page. The set up process will guide Admins through integrating with the HRIS or HCM. Once installed, Admins can manage custom attributes and other settings from the Integrations page.
We have embedded the power of AI Assist into Challenges to help Reviewers save time when grading Learner submissions. Reviewers have the option to 'suggest grade' from AI while Reviewing a Written Challenge to populate scores from the AI.
When assigning trainings, admins now have the option to assign the training to start at a future date and time, including time zone. This will help Admins have more control over when training assignments begin.
Admins can further customize their Libraries by choosing the default sort order prise.
The e-Signature block in the Guide Editor has now been updated to meet 21 CFR Part 11 compliance standards.
The Resources editor now includes AI Assist to help editors generate and improve written content. AI Assist can be accessed via the text block in the Resources editor.
Employee LMS admins can add and manage webhooks in the Admin Console. To access webhooks for your Employee LMS, navigate to Setting > Integrations > Webhooks.
The SCORM Interactions Data CSV Export now includes retake data. Admins will see all submissions by Learners. Previously the report included the most recent submission.
☁️ Customer Learning Cloud
The Guide Editor features a new object called "Classmarker Exam". This enables customers using Classmarker for quiz questions and question banks to embed Classmarker quizzes into a Guide. The benefit of using the new Classmarker Exam block vs the Embed Object block is that it ensures pass and fail results from the Classmarker quiz are sent back to WorkRamp. Please speak to your Customer Outcomes Manager if you'd like access to this feature.
Academy admins can add and manage webhooks in the Academy hub manager console. To access webhooks for your Academy, in Admin Console, navigate to the Hub > Academy > Integrations > Webhooks.
Aligning the Report Builder and Visualization queries for data parity
The queries used on the Visualizations page and the Report Builder are now consistent. This does alter the queries previously used to populate the Visualizations page, but it ensures that reports reflect the same data when looking at both Visualizations and the Report Builder.
