Why This Matters

Integrations in WorkRamp are key to streamlining your learner management and access. They help answer two essential questions:

  • How will your learners be created and updated in WorkRamp?

  • How will learners get access to WorkRamp?

This guide will walk you through the integration options available for each, helping you build a seamless and automated connection between WorkRamp and your existing systems.

    • Note: Learners will only be notified of WorkRamp upon assigning their first piece of content or adding them manually. If you add them via any other method, they will not be notified.

The HiBob integration allows you to sync user data directly from your HiBob instance to your WorkRamp instance via a daily S3 file transfer.
