The AI Assistant is an on-demand learning tool built directly into the Guide interface to support Learners throughout their training journey. Acting as a responsive tutor, it provides instant answers, simplifies complex concepts, and offers interactive practice tools. (see more)
Lesson Help: Learners can ask specific questions about the current lesson for additional context or generate a detailed summary for quick review.
Knowledge Checks: The assistant can dynamically generate 5–7 multiple-choice practice quiz questions or interactive flashcards based on the lesson material.
Existing Learning Formats: Beyond chat, learners can use Listen to Narration for text-to-speech, View Reader Mode for a streamlined single-page view, or Listen in Podcast Style via a native browser audio player.
Admin Controls: Admins can manage these features globally at the Enterprise level or opt-out specific Guides to maintain focus on native material.
Pro Tip: To maintain assessment integrity, the system automatically disables AI chat, summaries, and practice tools for any Guide with a grade requirement enabled.
Enhanced Training Overview: New Assignment Columns and Filters

New Columns: Quickly identify Assigned At dates, Assignment Source Type (Manual, Group, or Automation), and Time Spent in hours and minutes.
Precision Reporting: New filters allow you to narrow your scope to specific cohorts, such as finding all users assigned via a "2026 Compliance" group who are currently overdue.
Direct Import: File-to-Guide Preservation
Need to move existing documentation into WorkRamp without changing a single word? Direct Import allows you to transform PDFs, Word docs, and PowerPoints into Guides instantly. Group Filters for Repeat Assignments
Repeat assignments now respect where a user is today, rather than where they were when they first started the content.
