The AI Assist feature in the Guide editor can now help content creators generate multiple choice questions. This feature is accessible through the "AI Assist" tool in the text block. It will use the content within the block to create a question, saving your admins time and We continue to seek ways to help admins save time. See our help article to learn more.

We also expanded our AI Assist for Images to Path, Challenges, and SCORM to make cover image selection easier.

There are times where admins want to ensure learners watch videos at the intended speed. Now when admins enable the "Full watch required" setting on a video, the playback speed option to watch at faster speeds is not available to learners.

Note: We plan to separate the "Full watch required" and limit playback speed settings in the near future.

Asset pages in the admin console view of CMS include top line metrics like total views and unique downloads. They detail activity by user and date & timestamp.

Content visibility permissions on Customer LMS Trainings, Paths, Certifications, and Events now includes the option to exclude segments. This helps use cases where Customer LMS admins may want to hide content, such as users who are in a trial.

Academy admins can choose to hide or display content pages by using the toggle on each of the content pages. The Collections page now supports the toggle feature. If the toggle is OFF, the Collections page will not appear in the Academy sub-navigation nor be accessible to Contacts.

Our Academy webhook subscription supports Resources as a content type.
